Happy Fourth of July!

I hope everyone is enjoying their day, and remembering what today stands for.

Maybe 2 more to go, lets hope for one. I've resigned myself to it being 3 years.

Here is my Little Man (Christopher) and my baby boy, PaulPaul at the 4th of July parade in Moncks Corner

These are my moms neighbors, they were in their parade. (Moncks Corner is a small town!) This is Sissy, she is PaulPaul's age.

And here is her dad on ONE of his tractors.

Dear Sweet Daughter

As a girl I had a common dream, to be a mom someday. My baby would have eyes of blue and hair the hue of hay. But now my dreams have been transformed. New visions fill my head. Now the tresses that I long to stroke are raven black instead. And in my dreams those eye are not so big or blue or round. Now in my dreams they're almond shaped and colored cocoa brown. And in my dreams my arms can stretch across enormous seas. They reach half-way around the world and hold you close to me.
