Chinese New Year

The Chinese New Year starts on 02/07/2008.

There are 3 ways to name a Chinese year:

1. By an animal. There are 12 animals. 2008 is the year of the rat.

Gracie was born year of the monkey.

2. By its formal name 2008 is Wu Zhi

3. Current year is Year 4705 by the Chinese calendar.

Happy Chinese New Year!

Today is the Chinese New Year! If Gracie is born this year, she will be born the year of the Pig just like her daddy!

Well Paul Ray and I are on our way out the door to celebrate the event. Our first trip to a Chinese restaurant with new friends! I'll let you know know how it goes!

Dear Sweet Daughter
